PRIVATE LESSONS

 

 

Private lessons in classical foil, épée, sabre, cane, and great stick (bâton), as well as rapier, longsword, dagger, and armored combat, are offered by Dr. Mondschein.

The rate is $50/hour for the first person, pro-rated, plus a flat fee per person floor fee to the club ($10 at WFC). Each additional person after the first is $30 per hour, pro-rated, plus $10 to the club (so $25 per half-hour, $40 per hour). Therefore, a half-hour for two people would be $60; an hour, $100.

Longsword lessons (after learning the initial movements in a non-contact format) are usually limited to a half-hour due to wear and tear on the instructor.
